The Artist, Bhoa, provides the Buyer with a digital artwork, delivered at its original resolution. No printed artwork will be delivered.

The prices are in EURO (€).

As the Artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. I can post it to my websites, social networks, presenting it in my portfolios, artbooks, zines etc.

The artwork is meant only for personal use and can't be used in a way that may generate any kind of profit. Personal use is for example but not limited to : using it as a wallpaper, as an avatar in non-profit sites or printing for yourself.

Any commercial use of the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited. Commercial use is any use that could generate income, that solicits customers, that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes etc.) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc.)

Furthermore, reselling the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited. Which means you cannot use any of my work as NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.

As the Buyer, you cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites or using it.

The Buyer will order an artwork in one of the 3 formats (Portrait, Half-Body, Full-Body) and 3 styles (Sketch Uncolored, Sketch Colored, Polished).

The Artist shall estimate the date of delivery and inform the buyer of it.

The Artist shall notify the buyer of any delays which might occur.

The Buyer can pay a fee for a shorter deadline of their choice if the Artist accept it. In case that the Artist doesn't deliver the artwork in time, the Artist will refund the deadline fee. The fee prices will depends of the shortness of the deadline and can be up to 50% of the price of the artwork.

Upon delivery and 1 month after it maximum, the Buyer can choose to "upgrade" the style of the artwork and will then only pay the difference between the two styles.

The Buyer may request up to 3 big revisions to be made to the artwork during the sketching process. After the confirmation of the sketch, for the colored styles, no big revisions can be asked.

All payments will be made via Paypal.

The Buyer shall make the full payment upfront, after receiving the confirmation from the Artist.

The artist does not offer refunds, except in the event that he is unable to finish the artwork due to unforeseen causes.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to save the commission within 1 month after receiving the final commission files. In case the buyer is unable to do so and the files is lost because not saved neither by the Buyer nor the Artist after the 1 month period, no refund will be accepted.
